Fax Speed dial on WC5325

Clarification - 

From the address book, scrolling through the list is the only access to selecting an entry. Ex. to send a fax to entry #150, one must scroll down the list 150x to get to #150. This is very time consuming. How can one select #150 without scrolling, i.e. use entry pad? Is there a window with this option?

I had a WC3625 and upgraded to WC5325. The fax feature is the most valuable to our firm - we use 2 fax lines. The WC5325 shows "speed dial" in the address book set up and appears on the screen display when selecting the fax option. BUT it seems "speed dial" is a misnomer. Sending a fax requires multiple selections before actually sending. With the WC3625, it only took the push of a button.

Am I incorrect? Is there a way to use "speed dial" on the WC5325 - one touch sending?
