Is it possible to send faxes from a computer ?

Yes

Can I forward faxes to FTP/SMB ?

No, email only, and oddly, has to be setup at the MFP, not in it's webpage.

• Walk to the machine, and then hit the “Device” button and Log In, and then type admin +1111
• Hit the “Apps” & “Fax” buttons
• Hit the “Fax Forwarding” button and select one of wished modes.
• Hit the “Add Email” button, and then enter a valid email address where the Faxes will be forwarded to. Hit “OK”.
• Complete by hitting “OK” again
