Fax answering on workcenter 3325

Hello everyone from Greece,

 

I bought the workcenter 3325 a month ago and I am still trying to overcome this strange problem.

I have the fax connected to the adsl(PSTN) splitter and my phone to the EXT port of the workcenter 3325.

I configured the fax to ANS/FAX mode and to answer after 7 rings.

The problem is that when someone call me and i answer before the 7 rings limit, after a while sometimes the line drops and i hear the sending/receiving tones in my phone speaker.

 

Any idea will be appreciated
