Fax jobs go on hold when sending a print job

Product Name: WorkCentre 7220/7225
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello I am troubleshooting an issue for a client with their workcentre 7225. If durring the sending of a fax a print job is sent to the copier the fax job will go on hold and allow the print out. Afterward the fax does not resume from being on hold. Is there a setting to disallow this behavior? I have looked though the user and admin documentation but do not see any settings related to this.
