Fax number list and alphabetizing the list

om some machines you can use a index , but not on the 255 i think...

the easiest way is to download the csv , sort in excel and upload again

We have a Xerox 238 that has all our clients and vendors fax numbers stored in the unit.  Is there a fuction key that I can perform that will alphabetize the list and make it easier to sort through.

Please advise if anyone has a workaround on this issue.
