you can try to see if these options are unlocked
Autentication/security settings > Autentication > access Control > feature Access >
-print document from mailbox Unlocke
-Retrieve document from mailbox - unlock
we are on Version 1.227.4. and i have created the work flow twice in the last 3 weeks, once from the GUI and once from the control panel. should i delete my workflow and reapply the firmware? or any other seggestions? thanks for your time.
this problem should have been fixed in Firmware 1.227.2 and higher
if you setup the fax to email workflow before the accounting then you should recreate the workflow (after deleting the old one)
I set up Xerox Fax to email on our 7345 from the web console and when i send a fax to that number i get error 016-757, which is the error for accounting passcode being wrong. I looked all over the system and i dont see where you can enter the accounting passcode for email to fax. i did go in and turn off the accounting for faxes and scans hoping this would fix the issue but it didnt. I also undid all the setting i did over the web console and entered them at the control panel. I called our support vender for xerox and he remoted in and verified that i had all the correct settings, and was the one who recommended me doing it at the control panel instead of the web interface. I have rebooted serveral times as well as pulling the plug for a good 5 minutes too. I have been working on this for a few weeks now and searching the forums and web for the solution and havent found any yet. Thanks in advance for your help.
