I found this article on setting fax defaults for you to look at. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Faxes need A4 paper to print

Product Name: AltaLink B8145 / B8155 / B8170 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a new placement and when they receive some faxes it will hand due to needing A4 paper size. Not all but quite a few. Is there a way to have the 8155 automatically put faxes on 8.5 x 11 reguardless of incoming paper size request?

I would like to not dedicate an entire tray to just faxes.
