Hello mudelhofen,

If you look at the Document Feeder Specs HERE you will see that the largest document it can sense on the scanner is 431.8 mm, which converted is 17 inches. So if scanning 22' documents was a requirement you gave to your sales rep when purchasing the device, you would need to go back to your Sales Rep to discuss this as this device is not capable of scanning that large of a document.

Faxing a 22" long contract

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

 

We have a C8035 machine. We used to have a Workcentre 7435 machine. We are in the automotive industry and have 8.5"x22" long contracts. When we try to fax the contracts, it cuts it off at 17" when going through the feeder.  Our previous 7435 machines, we were able to load all the contracts into the feeder, enter the fax number, and fax without any issues. We can't seem to get this brand new machine to work that way. Any suggestions? Thanks
