You really need to clarify this.

If you are scanning something, a print driver is completely irrelevant. That being said, the current version is 5.469.9.0

If you are scanning, and I assume email since that is the one with a subject line, there is no way to make the subject line also replace the file name on any device from any manufacturer I've ever come across.

I am using the xerox gpd ps v3.3.347.6.0.

I would like the name of the file from a scan to contain the Subject text.

The helpfile suggest leaving the filename box empty to get the subject as file-name. However the software doesn't accept an empty file-name box. I notice that %D%T in the file-name box includes the Date and Time in the file-name.

Does anyone know how to get the Subject text into the filename?
