Firmware upgrade failure. Trying install a ALTBOOT: "Installation package has mismatch firmware"

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

I try to upgrade a Xerox Altalink C8170 with Software Upgrade Utility, from v114 to v118. But when utility was upgrading, the process failed with an error (see log error), and the printer never boots again.

When power on the printer, the screen is freeze with the message: "System is powering on" (see picture 1).

I prepared an USB to do an ALTBOOT upgrade with de DLM firmware for ALTBOOT of my model C8170. But when "Software upgrade is initializing" (see picture 2), in a few seconds appears the error: "Installation package has mismatch firmware" (see picture 3).

How I can to reinstall a new firmware, if I can not access to the printer, and the DLM firmware say me that has mismatch?

I need help. Thanks.
