Thank you for using the Support Forum. This is not a known problem. G# should not be an issue. Have you tried a different phone line? Have you asked the phone company to check the phone line? You can try a different dial type (see step 10 in the second section) to see if that makes a difference. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I have recently purchased a Xerox Workcenter 6605. I have correctly configured the fax and tested it. Unfortunatly all the faxes from the G3 mode doesn't go trough. Our line is an analogique line.
It says "recomposition a nouveau" (redial) after 0.51 seconds. I have contacted the technician support and done all the procedures asked (downgraded to 14.4 ko/s and 2.4 ko/s, deactived the ECM mode). A technician came and changed the parameter fax card and still we are not receiving G3 faxes. The SG3 and ECM works fine.
The latest firmware is correctly installed.
It this a know problem by Xerox? What parameters can I change?
