You can find the article into Xerox Support section of your product. You have plently of documentations with step by step.

Type Scan to email into the product support of your model and you will find articles related to how to configure Scan to Email on GMAIL.

Its only worked if you have a Google Paid Version account. Free GMAIL account doesn't work.

Is there any other email provider that you could recommend instead of Google?
What about yahoo?
I tried yahoo and also generated a password for third party apps in the security settings which I pasted in the ui of my printer. Didn’t work either.

Hello,

It works with free gmail - the document that xerox is correct except where it says to put the app password where regular password is.

Create a new gmail account, turn on 2 step authentication and create app password.

write app password down and use that app password for the Xerox. done!  Eveything stays the same.

Now if you have a 7800 series on 73 software, you will need to upgrade to 75 for gmail to work again as well.

If it doesn't work, you may need to upgrade firmware especially on 7800 series. It need to be at 75 for gmail to work.

Hey it worked.

It really appreciate your effort.
I was struggling for hours now.

Before I was trying to use yahoo and gmx. No idea why I didn’t work.

Thank you so much!
