It works with free gmail - the document that xerox is correct except where it says to put the app password where regular password is.
Create a new gmail account, turn on 2 step authentication and create app password.
write app password down and use that app password for the Xerox. done! Eveything stays the same.
Now if you have a 7800 series on 73 software, you will need to upgrade to 75 for gmail to work again as well.
If it doesn't work, you may need to upgrade firmware especially on 7800 series. It need to be at 75 for gmail to work.
Turn on 2 step authentication and create app password and use the app password for the Xerox email password.
