Thanks, all solution points are checked ok. I already contacted support and they replaced a part, the intermittent problem still persists.
The fax is connected to a PBX and PBX is accordingly selected in the line settings of the device.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for faxes not automatically received and make sure all the settings are correct. Also take a look at the solution for the printer answers the call but does not accept the incoming data. If these solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Strange problem: When calling the faxnumber of the 6605DN the ringing tone is there but the 6605DN does not pick up.
Sometimes it seems to help to set the time-to-pick-up from 0 to 3 or back to 0 seconds and then restart, but I'm not sure if it's just the restart that helps.
Any help would be welcome.
