Turn on 2 factor authentication. Create an app password. Use that password as the password for login credentials on the copier. The username stays the same as well as the rest of the settings. The password just becomes the App Password you created in the 2FA section of security in the google account

With the Less Secure option changing you can create an app password for the device.

Gmail not accepting less secure devices

How will I scan to email once gmail disables the less secure devices option.
