If it doesn't happen off the Platen and indeed only happens off the DADF, it must be one or both of these locations (Glass on lower portion, CCT on top)

Gray background when copying and scanning trough DADF

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Hello to everyone I have a xerox Altalink C8070 MFP with quality problems on copies and scans when using the dadf. It always give a gray background in copies and scans trough the dadf, I set the background supression on but it doesn´t really works. Please let me know your comments and posible solutions about this problem. Thank you.
