Hi besaucedo8201,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The machine does not seem to have a group e-mail feature. You can e-mail to multiple locations by adding the address manually or from the address book when you scan to e-mail but you cannot create a distribution list. You can create a group for faxing but not for e-mail. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance or a possible workaround.

Is there an option to create a group e-mail listing for this series? I have looked and looked and have had no luck with an answer. If not, i was told to create a DL...sorry to sound so lame, but how do I create that, and if I do, is this the same thing as a group listing?
