Re: HELP!! Multipage Scanning

If memory serves me right, there is also an option to select under File Options for PDF called MultiPage or One file per page. In this case the user would select MultiPage to get one PDF file with all the pages intact.

Re: HELP!! Multipage Scanning

Then it is corrupt, try setting it to jpg, reboot and set to pdf again.

Failing that you would need to reset the device to factory defaults.

Re: HELP!! Multipage Scanning

My file format is already a PDF, but when it scans it still comes as a jPEG and they are all individual pages.

Re: HELP!! Multipage Scanning

PDF should not be doing single pages, that would imply you have it set to JPG or TIFF

HELP!! Multipage Scanning

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am a new user of the Workcenter 6605 and I am able to scan one page at a time, but I have documents upwards of 50 pages that I need to scan. I need to be able to scan all the pages into one PDF file instead of 50 individual files that I then have to smash together. Is there any way to do that? I've been trying for almost 3 hours and still nothing. PLEASE HELP ME!
