You have options but I would recommend looking through the System Admininstrator Guide first.

It will give provide explanations on the various scanning options available. 

As for consulting service please engage your local Sales Organization.

Hi,

I am fairly new to the Xerox Printing Environment, I am not sure if it is possible to setup the environment to allow certain users to have acess to certain scan workflows, also so that users without permissions would not even see the workflows they do not have access to.
