Help scanning question for xerox 8560

Simply put a standard (letter or a4) over your photos or (i'm not sure if the 8560 have this fonction) select the paper sise manualy.

i think its because the machine not recognizing the paper...

i know on xerox mfp models you can specfy the orginal scan format, yoiu can set that to A4 for example, then the machine will scan A4 regardless whats on the plate...

not sure if the 8560 has that setting...

I am scanning into my public folder and saving the documents. Actually, I am doing family photos for my boss. When scanning I try to do as many photos as possible per scan. When i scan more than 2 photos it cuts the pictures off. There is clearly enough room for 6-8 small photos but if I do more than 2 and if i don't center them they get cut off. Help!! This is taking forever.
