Hotfolder holds AIX files - new D110 and FF console - never happened on 4112

Rare problem but causes big problems - new D110 using Hotfolders that are NFS mounted to AIX system.  The files going into the AIX files system do not arrive on the FF print queue.  All files (6 queues) are held in the file system until the FF is restarted.  Print jobs are organized by arrival time but this is ruined by the FF restart.

Ran FF 4112 for 3 years - never saw this problem.  Has anyone seen this before?
