I guess I am dead in the water anyway. My phone system is a VOIP setup, and so I am told, I can not use my fax on this type of a system. I guess my phone line needs to be an analog system, and VOIP is not.

The information regarding enabling the Fax can be found in the Administrators Guide on page 19.
The 1/3 - enter the fax number of the machine.
The 2/3 - enter the fax ID of the machine.
The 3/3 - enter the country, use the up and down button to select the country.
If you don't have the Admin Guide please go to the product Support page, select the Documentation tab and select the Admin Guide from there.

I just received a new Workcentre 3325 DNI machine. I am trying to set up my fax, but I am having a difficult time. When I go to fax setup, the screen takes me to, 1/3 Fax Phone Number. Is that asking me what my office fax number is? Then I proceed to 2/3 Fax ID, is that asking my name and title for an ID, or what is it asking?
