How do I delete contacts from the device address book on WorkCentre 5845?

It cannot be done on the copier, you need to do it on the web interface (CWIS - Centreware Internet Services) Just put the printer IP address in your web browser address bar

Just select Address Book and if prompted login highlight the entry and select Delete
