Might be two years later but I had the same issue. I had set the transmission log to do not print under 'Admin Controls through the Web gui, but it stiall happened.
Had to scroll through the menus on the printer itself, find the Scan option and turn off printing of Scan Log in threre.

Every time I scan to email a Scan Log prints out and I can't seem to find a way to disable it.
