Re: How to copy a document without the highlight showing

hello, you might want to try the following:

On the copy tab, select black & white.

On the image quality tab, select original type – text and printed original

On the image options tab, select lighten all the way to the top, image enhancement – auto suppression and auto contrast

How to copy a document without the highlight showing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a Workcentre 7556.  One of my user has a document with some text that was highlighted in yellow with a highlighter.  When the user makes a black and white copy, the yellow highlighter comes out gray.  Is there a way to make a copy of the document without the yellow highlighter showing just the text?  On my old Xerox 5665 this was not an issue.  The yellow highlight never showed up.
