Re: How to modify WC3210 maximum E-mail size to allow multiple attachments

Increase the Value of the Maximum E-mail Size Setting Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

1 Access CWIS. (centreware).

2 Click on the [Properties] link.

In the Properties section on the left side of the window, click on the [+] symbol next to the Protocol folder to expand the list of options.

3 Click on the [SMTP Server] link. The SMTP Server window will be displayed.

4 Select a larger value from the Maximum Message Size pull-down menu to increase the maximum e-mail size for outgoing mail. The available options are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 MB.

5 Click on the [Save Changes] button at the bottom of the window.

If prompted, enter the CWIS username and password in the fields provided and then click on the [OK] button.

NOTE: The default username is "admin" (must be entered in lower case) and the default password is "1111".

A pop-up window stating, "Your selections have been modified successfully." will be displayed. Click on the [OK] button to close the window.

Close the browser window.

Can't acces "Network Scan" in "Scan Feature" menu. Thera are only one selectable item in "Scan Feature" menu and that is "USB Feature".

Hi A4i,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for Modifying the Scan Settings.  Please make sure you are using TIFF or PDF as your file format to scan multiple page jobs.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

How to modify WC3210 maximum E-mail size to allow multiple attachments

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

a WC3210  MFP is configurated as network device. When initiating network scan or scan to application (e-mail client)  every scaned page , loaded onto ADF , is saved as single file or seperate e-mail. Didn't find any settings on device itself or through CenterWare software to allow multipage PDF or multiple attachment in single e-mail. Please advice.
