How to save a multi page PDF document using a B205 (feeding multiple pages to scanner)

Product Name: Xerox B205 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Does anyone know how to scan multiple pages and to save as a single pdf document?

In 'advanced settings' - 'scan to pc settings' there is no 'multi page pdf option' - only pdf  (no other pdf format)

Having gone into 'scan' - 'advance scan' - 'document scan' -once all pages have fed through I only get the option to save 

There is no option to name the document 

Once i press 'save' each page that has been scanned is saved separely within my nominated folder.

How do i get to save a multipage document as a single pdf??
