Re: How to scan from Iphone with Xerox Workplace app

To scan from iphone as 2D android scanner:

Open your email app.
Click on New Message or the + symbol.
Click the paperclip icon and select the scanned document that you need to attach.
Enter the recipient's email address, subject line, and message.
Click Send.

Re: How to scan from Iphone with Xerox Workplace app

The 6027 is a limited device. It has no MOPRIA or Airprint support at alll, so on the Mobile front, you are out of luck for direct print or scan from either iOS or Android.

I also would like to know more about it. Though I don't have an iPhone device so far. But I am using Android device. Is this possible to scan from my Android device?

How to scan from Iphone with Xerox Workplace app

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Apple iOS

I have spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with customer support trying to set up scanning on my workcentre 6027 with no luck.

So  I use the Workplace app to print some items and I print from my email fine. So I thought I would just use this app to scan from my iphone.  I can print from it but when I click on Scan in the app, "it says no printer found" . And when I try to add via IP address it fails.

I need to be able to scan as well as print. This was easy with my old Brother printer but no one can figure it out.
