Hi , I have a problem with scan with the smb protocol, specificly in the model 3550 , I follow the instructions how in the guide , I use Windows 7 , I disable the firewall , my pc with the printer have communication , I have proved with ping and receive all responses , the error that show in the printer is Destiny ..... Error .I would appreciate your help .
