I have followed the directions given from the link provided; however, when I try to scan a test page, the scan never reaches it's destination. In step 13, I did use the System option and I provided my credentials since they have Admin rights across the Domain. We do have a Xerox user account but I do not know the password to it. Should I have used that account instead of mine?

Unfortunately, I did include the Domain name on step 13. It's a simple process and I know I am missing something. But I will contact our Support Centre and get this worked out.
