Why would another xerox staff member give you a "Kudo" for posting useless information LOL. Xerox support is a joke. Whether on the phone or in these forums, no help is provided. I should have got a job in Xerox support. Apparently you can do nothing and still get paid. Do any of you actually know anything about your machines?
Here are a few things you can check to ensure Duplex is enabled on the device.
Duplex scanning is listed as a feature of the B315 but I have not found a way to actually use this feature. Every scan just automatically does single side scanning. There must be a way? I tried phoning xerox support and I dont think the guy spoke english very well becuase he seemed to misunderstand what I wanted to do, and wasn't much help. Has somebody found a way to use duplex scanning with the B315?
