Yes. In the email menu choose "original" if it says 1 sided and under page setup click on " sides 1 sided" and it will change to " sides 2 sided"

this will allow me to make use of duplex scanning? scanning both sides of a document? I have scan to network folder already setup and working well.

You should be able to set up scan to email using gmail

Primary smtp gateway would be: smtp.gmail.com and change port to 587

Reply address would be the gmail account and check always use

If possible, choose STARTTLS for use ssl/tls

Uncheck require trusted certificate

smtp server authentication should be device or predetermined.. not 100% sure what the option would be called on this device but you would need to put in the app password you'll have to create.

Userid would be the gmail account and to create an app password go to : myaccount.google.com and choose security. Enable 2FA of not enabled and click on 2fa once enabled and choose app password and create app password. The 12 or 16 digit key is the password the printer has to use.

Save those settings and test to see if it works.

SIngle sided scanning works fine on the printer itself. But when for trying to figure out the double sided scanning, I've tried all ways I can think of. There's no option on the printer itself. There's no option when accessing the web UI at the printers IP. There's no option when looking through the driver of the printer inself (windows). It doesn't seem to be anywhere. I tried xerox's "print & scan experiance", but I can't even add the printers to that because it "fails" to add the printer when I try to. It just tells me to reboot my pc and try again. Would be ideal if theres a way to do it at the printer itself since my receptionists arent the most savy with computers.

Why would another xerox staff member give you a "Kudo" for posting useless information LOL. Xerox support is a joke. Whether on the phone or in these forums, no help is provided. I should have got a job in Xerox support. Apparently you can do nothing and still get paid. Do any of you actually know anything about your machines?
