That sounds like something you may need a Service Engineer for. You can call 1-800-821-2797 to request a Service call if you are unable to do this on your own.

How to wind scanner rope

Product Name: DocuColor 5755
Operating System: Windows 7
Scanner rope has been loosed from its position.....will anyone support me to rewind scanner rope to move scanner unit along its track
