Hi WanAi,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure you are using the latest network scan utility if you are using an older one it may not work with WIndows 10. Also make sure you have tried the solution for connection failed.  If you are using the new utility and still unable to scan please consider contacting your local support centre

I can print but cant scanning

Product Name: DocuCentre-IV C2270
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

when im using win7 64, i can print and scanning. Now im upgrading to win10 64, i can only printing, no scanning. the printer is FujiXerox Docucenter-IV 5070.

my printer is connected through local area network at my workplace, so many people can connect to it for printing and scanning. so the problem is they using with no problem (all my coworker using win7) for printing and scanning except me (using win10 as mention before).

im trying using the function 'Browse' in the printer system, it can connect to other people pc file shared, but as for me it says 'connection failed'. Im using other pc to get in my pc using network, it can connect. but not the printer. but i can use the printer for printing only.

Im disable firewall, antivirus, windows defender, changing my network to my workplace..still no available. I wonder if Windows10 have something that i missing to disable for the printer to connect to my pc
