I am not an expert but I just buy a WorkCenter 5335 from my one of friend, I am trying to setup network scanning with a WC5335 and an iMac running macOS 10.12. I installed the macOS Print and Scan Driver Installer and it discovered and added the printer without issue and printing is working as expected. However, when I try to scan using Acrobat (via the Xerox TWAIN Driver, I get an error that states… “Connection Failed No connection could be established with a selected device. Please check your device IP configuration or try again with another device.” I expect I am missing something obvious. Does anyone have an idea how I might troubleshoot this?
