ID CARD COPY BOTH SIDE ON 1 A4 page??

If it has no ID Card Copy option on Output Format tab, try the following:

Copy > Layout Adjustment > Original Size > Preset > A5 > Save > Output Format > Page Layout > Pages Per Side > 2 Pages > Save

I'm in North America so I can't test on A4/A5, and am not certain A5 will be an option where designated, if it isn't just go with Custo and set something similar to A5. You also may need to choose a tray on the copy screen. All my testing was trial and error on a slightly different copier but from the same family.
