I eventually found that changing the Force Page Break from the typical .6in to 1.2in fixed a few instances of this issue. Not sure how you changed the Force Page Break setting but have you tried setting it to 1.2in?
My customer is having the same problem with their B605. This issue did not occur with the B405 that was previously installed. This is in a medical environment. It is occuring from multiple senders. It does not happen with every fax received. I enterred Special Boot Mode and performed a Storage Init-no change. Re-entered Special Boot Mode and perform NV RAM Init-No change. Adjusted "Force Page Break" setting-No chnage. Changed Original Size from "Auto" to "Preset 8.5 x 11-No change." Changed "Remove Blank Pages" from Off to On-No change. This printer is running the current FW 33.81.11. I do not believe this is a hardware issue. Any updates?
I am also getting a report of this issue from a C405DN, and confirmed it's with all incoming faxes from multiple senders, including my test fax.
Hello lawhaus13,
I searched our online knowledgebase and cannot find any info for the B605 printing an extra page on incoming faxes with "to be continued" at the top of the page. Are you able to receive faxes from other devices without that issue? Is anyone else experiencing this same issue as you are? Would that also be coming from the central fax machine?
We have a central fax machine in one location. when you fax from that machine to other fax machines specifically mine (B605X) it prints extra pages with "to be continued" at the top of the extra pages. Is my fax machine or the central fax machine that has a problem? And how can I solve this problem?
