Thank you for using the Support Forum. I do not see a way to batch load email address to the address book on the Xerox D95.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance, they may know of a way for you to upload the addresses.

Importing E-Mail Addresses D95

Product Name: Xerox D95/D110/D125 Copier/Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I'm looking for a way to mass import a list of users and their email addresses into the address book of a Xerox D95 Copier-Printer, as opposed to adding them one at a time.

Short of that, is there a way to auto-populate an email address domain in the email address field when adding users one at a time into the Address Book?
