I searched our online knowledge base and found a couple of different articles for you to review for not being able to receive faxes.

Faxes are not automatically received.
I am having issues with our incoming fax. Our outgoing fax works properly, but I have been unable to receive a fax. After speaking with support, everything appears to be set up properly. Has anyone had these issues before? Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
