I am receiving this message on multiple machines on multiple modles. Rebooting the unit is only a tempoary fix.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the Date and time are set to the same date and time as your network. If you are using a fax feature, make sure the fax number for your machine has been programmed into the machine. If the problem continues you can try a software reset if your machine has that option. If all this fails then service would need to be contacted.
Sorry this did not rsolve our issue. Another site had th unit's OS reloaded from scratch, again this did not resolve the issue.
When the error appears, printing stops until the unit has been restarted.
