I suggest calling into the support center at 1-800-835-6100 for help completing the installation of the scan software.

Installation issue od workcenter 3025 on Windows 10

Product Name: WorkCentre 3025
Operating System: Windows 10

Trying to install the printer and scanning software of Workcenter 3025 on Wondows 10, but the istallation is failing. Xerox easy print manager is running, but the Easy Document creator does not. I can print page anyway, but not able to use the scanning function. During installation the Easy Document Cretaor geet a red X. I was trying several time to remove softwares and install again, but no success.

Was trying many links from the xerox homepage, but no success.
