I searched the knowledge base and found this article for copying and printing unavailable messageIf you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Intsall phase incomplete

Product Name: WorkCentre 5735/5740/5745/5755
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

My machine shows me the message: copying and printing are Unavailable. After I use my flash drive to install the firmware in the machine, the result will show as follows;

install phase error. restart the device and then try again.

Am I doing some wrong steps or maybe it's a machine error?
