I searched the knowledge base and found this article for copying and printing unavailable message. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.
My machine shows me the message: copying and printing are Unavailable. After I use my flash drive to install the firmware in the machine, the result will show as follows;
install phase error. restart the device and then try again.
Am I doing some wrong steps or maybe it's a machine error?
