I am trying to set up the Scan to Home feature on a WC5845. I have verified that ldap is correctly providing the home folder path, however, when I select Scan to Home the dispays indicates Invalid Home Path. Contact SA /. LDAP show the home folder as \\CONTOSO.COM\HOME\USERNAME which is the correct path.
The 5845 is set up to Authenticate to the domain and I have been able to get the device to successfully scan to home folders by disabling ldap query, manually entering the patch and selecting append username. However, I would rather use LDAP query. Any suggestions.
