I am looking to scan barcodes to identify the item and then have a field to input quantity for when I am delivering merchandise to a location and then removing it from that location.
Ideally, I would like this to update/compare to the expected/original shipping list on delivery in order to make sure that everything is there and to be able to generate the difference's (items sold) on pickup.
I have Quickbooks, a laptop, and a USB scanner- is this built in to QB in any fashion or available as a add on?
Assuming Quickbooks doesn't offer this, is there some software out there that you guys use for similar aims?
