U can try to do a NVRAM reset... or U can disconnect the feeder and still use the manual scanner.

Thank you enea.  I am going to the church this morning and will get the model number but this sounds like a service call and we can't do that.  Very small town here and techs would have to come from Tulsa or OKC and the cost for travel alone is awful.

The error 39,012.40 is related to the document feeder.

133114 is the number of impression.

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Unfortunately we would need the model number of the machine to be able to look up the code.  Is there any kind of number on the front or top of the machine?  Did you receive any documentation with the machine that might have the model number?

A Missions department has a copier donated by church office.  All we get is error #39.003.40.133114.

Sadly I cannot find a model number for this copier.
