Issue of scan to PC SMB

Product Name: WorkCentre 4250
Operating System: Windows 7 x64
Hello please should be informed that we are unable to scan to shared folder using SMB
01-the operating système impacted Windows 7 64 .
02- the login is the active directory account
03- error “ File exists or the failure is unspecified “
