Issue with SMTP scanning to certain email addresses

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi everyone,

We are having the strangest issue with our WorkCentre 7845 copier at one of our offices. The scanning function is allowing us to scan to several internal email addresses as well as external addresses minus a SPECIFIC user. When we attempt to scan to this user we get the error message of "Job Failed: No messages were sent. Could not login to the sending mail server (SMTP). Check your user name and password provided or contact your System Administrator. We are currently using outlook for our mail server. 

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening to a specific user or have any recommendations on how to resolve this issue?
