That can only happen if they are doing it wrong, they are either not setting the originals as mixed

Or they are not putting the paper on Auto

Issue with copying mixed-size originals

My customer is having problems with the output after copying mixed-sized originals on both their D95 and W7845.

 

When they mix 8.5x11 and 8.5x14 originals to copy, all of the copies come out on 8.5x14 paper.  Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to fix this?
