Issues with color copies, printing blue at the edge.

Thanks.  We suspect the waste container is filling up and dumping into the machine.  I took a picture of our drums and they just look dirty.  We did replace R2 yesterday, but it did not make a difference on color copier output.

Check your R2. My guess is cyan clog in dev housing dumping developer ontop of drum. Replace R2 will temp resolve issue but it needs service.

Having this issue with our copier.  Globs of blue are present at the edge.

We tried to clean it, but to no avail.  What could this be caused by?
