Job Build Function for Workcentre 5655 - Error Message

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I like the Job Build feature for scanning printed documents, like receipts from business trips, and creating and emailing multiple page .pdfs.

I noticed that whenever I turn this feature on and begin scanning a document and after I scan the first page, the machine displays an error message for every subsequent page that reads ...

"Build job scanning error rescan the last segment or delete the Job using build job controls."

Despite getting this message each and every time I produce a scan. more often than not, I can continue scanning the document and create a .pdf.

Does anyone know why this message appears and what it means?

Thank you.
