We have 2 Xerox 5755 that we deploy through GPO on Windows Server 2008 R2. I have set up 2 seperate instances of the same printer (1 for print, and 1 for fax). We use the GPD v2.2 PCL6.
I created LAN Fax cover sheets on the server using the preferences but when my users go to use the covers the Notes section and the picture I inserted on the server are not there.
Any suggestions?
The sender information that I entered on the server shows fine, so it is pulling half of what I need.
